What we supply
Meraki Juice Kitchen delivers wholesale orders to businesses in the Palm Beach area from our 5,000 sq ft commercial kitchen in West Palm Beach, open since 2015. The facility is 100% plant based, gluten free and dairy free, and we use organic and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
- Cold-pressed juices Certified HPP juices, from all-greens blends to fruit-forward flavors.
- Tonics and wellness shots Small ginger, turmeric and ginger-turmeric shots.
- Gluten-free, dairy-free baked goods Treats such as cookies, brownie bites, donut holes and banana bread.
- Snacks Plant-based options such as kale chips, granola and Meraki Crispies.
Processing matters when you resell juice. The FDA requires juice sold to other businesses to achieve a 5-log (100,000-fold) pathogen reduction, through heat pasteurization or an alternative such as high pressure (source). Our juices are Certified HPP.
