The Meraki Difference
The Slawson family is passionate about providing our community with healthy, lifestyle eating choices and the finest plant based, dairy free cuisine, gluten free options, cold press juices, and superfoods of superior nutritional value and delicious taste that are organic and locally sourced whenever possible.
Richard Slawson and Christopher Slawson opened Christopher’s Kitchen in January 2011. It became widely acclaimed and so popular that two on-location expansions were necessary over the past 6 years. Meraki Juice Kitchen opened in West Palm Beach August 2016 to better serve our clients in West Palm and Palm Beach. In June 2017, Meraki Juice Kitchen opened in Palm Beach Gardens at Donald Ross and Military Trail. Other Meraki Juice Kitchen locations are being planned to provide amazing plant based cuisine and cold press juices and tonics to others in the Palm Beach County community.

However, to the Slawson family and our team, Meraki Juice Kitchen and its sister restaurant, Christopher’s Kitchen, are more than business. They represent the enactment of our mission to provide healthier lifestyle eating choices for our loyal clients and our community.
